The PKI token part of StorePass has the same functionality of ePass2000 PKI token. The standard CSP and PKCS#11 programming interfaces are supported. User can be benefited with the extra security features like digital signature, SSL secure web site logon, email encryption and various PKI based applications. 32KB smart card on-board memory allows users to store confidential information within the smart card chip, well protected by smart card technologies.
The high-performance Flash drive of StorePass brings great convenience to users. In the old days, user has to carry the PKI token, along with another CD or Flash drive for the programs that work with the token. With the coming of StorePass, one single, delicate device can hold both of the PKI token and the applications. The small handy token can be easily held on a key ring.
Moreover than a normal Flash drive, StorePass provides auto-run feature, virus-free protection and excellent performance. After plugged in, the device will register a read-only virtual CD-ROM on host machine, so as to allow pre-configured application being executed automatically via CDROM auto-run mechanism. All the content of virtual CD-ROM is read-only to end users. Virus or Spam program cannot affect the applications in the virtual CD-ROM area. The accessing speed of Flash driver is up to 17MB/s, which allows application being executed onboard. GreenPass solution shows a live demonstration of StorePass based zero-foot print solution.
