XML Signing Solution

 Introduction
The emergence of XML of representing digital information has made it possible to use PKI signatures in a wide range of applications. Supporting standards such as Canonical XML (a way of representing XML documents in the unambiguous way required by digital signatures) and XMLDSIG (an XML representation of a digital signature) can make signatures and documents fully portable between information systems.

 A signed XML document can be transferred from one system to another.
 
 The signatures can be verified at any time by any of the systems, irrespective of its internal information security status.

Its integrity and non-repudiability can be independently verified anywhere.
   
 
X-WEB FORM MANAGER
 
X-Web Form Manager is an integrated product that makes it possible to gather information with World Wide Web forms and process it through a customizable workflow, where each phase of the flow can be secured with digital signatures.
It is represented as an XML form description, which describes the semantics and structure of the form, and includes hints for formatting it.
The forms can be created with any XML editor and the appearance of the forms is fully customizable.

It is even possible to use the same forms with variable elements like headers, footers, and logos for different organization units.

 

Features

 Since the information gathered through X-Web Forms is represented in XML form as form instances, it can be digitally signed.
Form workflows can include multiple signatures
 All of the signatures can be independently validated, either within or outside the X-Web Form Manager system.
It is also possible to trace every step of the information flow in an audit trail, and, if needed, return the information to a previous state.
It is written as a Java Servlet, and can be deployed on any platform capable of running Java 1.4
   
 
 X-DIGITAL SIGNATURE SUITE
It provides digital signature and non-repudiation technologies in a package that integrates into host applications. Any digital data that can be represented as XML (even by simply Base64 encoding it and adding a wrapper element) can be digitally signed with verifiable signatures. It consists of server- and client-side components.
 

Features

 The signatures are in World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) standard XMLDSIG format.
 It supports certificates stored on smart cards, USB tokens, or other on-workstation certificate.
The signatures are created on server-side, using a certificate issued to the server.

 X- ARCHIVE SUITE
 
It includes a full-featured archive management tool, which is based on a WWW interface and requires no client software. It allows organizations to set up and maintain application-independent, secure virtual archives. X-Archive is easy to adapt to take the necessary loads, to respond to the organization's usage purposes, to provide the desired authorization solutions and to include the necessary security levels. The integrity and non-repudiation of the document data in the system are maintained throughout the archiving period. As it is an electronic archive, an audit trail is always stored of all actions taken in order to facilitate comprehensive monitoring.
